Faigle regularly reviews its supplier base in fleet management in terms of composition, services, and terms. The existing leased fleet should therefore also be subject to a fresh review.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were interested in finding out how we currently stack up against the market and which brands and models currently offer the most cost-effective terms based on the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach,\u201d says Adrian Kramer, COO of Faigle AG. \u201cLeasing is a somewhat complex issue, and the review process involves a significant amount of work. That\u2019s why we decided to collaborate with a market professional to conduct the request for proposals and commissioned procorp GmbH to handle it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Procurement of commercial vehicles with box bodies, as well as custom installations and modifications<\/h6>\n

The request for proposals was conducted in two rounds, during which both vehicle specifications and leasing terms were evaluated. After the first round, a shortlist was quickly compiled to focus on a select few models and leasing providers.<\/p>\n

\u201cprocorp handled the entire process very professionally, allowing us to focus entirely on the decision-making process. Thanks to the in-depth analyses and TCO metrics, this was achievable internally with a reasonable amount of effort,\u201d says Kramer regarding the bidding process.<\/p>\n

procorp drafted a customized set of contracts for Faigle that legally secured the collaboration with the leasing company. \u201cThis allows us to move away from the leasing companies\u2019 standard terms and conditions, which brings us significant strategic advantages,\u201d Kramer is convinced.<\/p>\n
